The first phase is expected to open in Spring 2026 with additional phases rolling out over time.

What’s included in future phases?
Future phases are planned to include hundreds more high-end residences, additional retail and dining, large-scale office space, a luxury hotel, an indoor concert venue, and more.

Yes. While some areas will be residential or ticketed, much of the district—including dining, public spaces, and events—will be accessible to the public.
